We at pkv support three access methods: Android APK (native app), iOS via browser, and desktop website. Each path takes less than five minutes to set up. Android users download our APK directly from pkv.run; iOS users open pkv.run in Safari or Chrome and use the browser version; desktop users access the same browser version on a computer.

Our pkv Android app is optimized for smartphones running Android 7 (released 2016) or later. Most devices in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, and across Indonesia meet this requirement. Installation steps are straightforward and do not require technical knowledge.
- Visit pkv.run on your Android phone and tap the download link. Your phone saves the APK file to your Downloads folder.
- Open Settings → Security → Unknown Sources and toggle it on. This allows you to install apps from sources other than Google Play.
- Open your file manager, navigate to Downloads, and tap the pkv APK file. An installation dialog appears.
- Tap Install and wait 30–60 seconds. The app installs automatically. Tap Open to launch pkv for the first time.
Access pkv on iPhone and iPad
iOS users do not need to install an app. We at pkv designed our browser version to work identically on iPhone and iPad. Open pkv.run in Safari or Chrome, and you access the full platform including live dealers, slots (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus), sportsbook (Liga 1, Champions League, Piala Indonesia), and esports (Mobile Legends, Free Fire).
Your iOS browser version is responsive—it auto-fits your screen size. You can also add pkv to your home screen (iOS: tap Share → Add to Home Screen) for quick access without re-entering the URL. This creates an icon that launches the browser version directly.
Register and log in for the first time
After installation (Android) or opening the browser (iOS / desktop), you see the pkv login page. New users tap "Open an account" and enter a username, email, mobile number, and password. Existing users enter their username (or email) and password directly.
Once logged in, your account is immediately active. You can deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank virtual accounts (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), then access live dealers, slots, and sportsbook markets. Device and OS requirements for pkv
Our pkv app requires Android 7 (2016) or later. iOS users need iOS 12 (2018) or later. Most devices sold in the past five years meet these minimums. Older phones may encounter compatibility issues; in that case, use the browser version on a newer device or desktop computer. Check your device settings for your current OS version: Android users go to Settings → About Phone → Android Version; iOS users go to Settings → General → About → iOS Version.
Troubleshooting installation and setup
If the Android APK fails to download, clear your browser cache (Settings → Apps → [Browser name] → Storage → Clear Cache) and try again. If "Unknown Sources" is grayed out, your device admin may have restricted it; contact your device manufacturer for guidance. If the app crashes on launch, reinstall it: uninstall (Settings → Apps → pkv → Uninstall), restart your phone, then re-download and install. For iOS browser issues, clear Safari cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data) or switch to Chrome. If you forget your password, tap "Forgot password?" on the login screen; we email you a reset link within minutes.
Data protection and app permissions
We at pkv encrypt all data transmitted between your device and our servers using SSL/TLS. Your password is stored as an encrypted hash—we cannot see it. The Android app requests permissions for notifications (so we can alert you about withdrawals or deposits) and file storage (to cache game graphics locally). You can revoke permissions anytime in Settings → Apps → pkv → Permissions. Your account data—login credentials, balance, bet history—is never shared with third parties. Payment information goes only to certified payment gateways compliant with PCI DSS and Indonesian banking regulations. Your personal information is encrypted and stored separately from your gaming history.
